Bergerac Blanc Sec cuvée GAIA
This wine reveals fresh notes of pear citrus (grapefruit), white fruits such as pear and peach, and exotic fruits, the whole on a saffroned frame. The end of the mouth remains tense and toned with a beautiful balance.
It will perfectly match with shellfish, seafood and salads. It accompanies especially well smocked fish, scallops and tuna carpaccio. Thanks to its richness, it can be an excellent pairing with exotic and Asian food. It is also ideal for simple and friendly occasion as an aperitif.
